Windows: "Windows protected your PC" warning?

Windows SmartScreen may show a blue warning the first time you run the installer because the app isn't yet signed by a recognized publisher. The app is safe — here's how to proceed:

  1. Click "More info" in the warning dialog
  2. Then click "Run anyway" at the bottom
  3. The installer will start — you'll only see this warning once
Alternative: Unblock the file before running
  1. Right-click the downloaded D2SClock-Setup.exe
  2. Select Properties
  3. At the bottom of the General tab, check Unblock
  4. Click OK — you can now run it normally

Getting Started

  1. Download the zip file for your platform
  2. Extract the zip — on Windows, keep all files in the same folder
  3. Run D2S Clock (.app on macOS, .exe on Windows)
  4. Log in with your D2S Clock account
  5. Select a project and optionally a task
  6. Click Start Tracking — screenshots and activity tracking begin automatically
  7. Click Stop Tracking when you're done
